China Flowers

This group of beautiful and talented Chinese girls playing electrified but traditional sounding Chinese instruments, singing in Mandarin, could each be a standalone star in their own right. It's hard to figure out whether they’re so popular for their physical attractiveness or musical virtuosity. Sort of like a Chinese version of Bond, which I blogged early last week. You can see that video here. Watch this set through to get a good idea of where ancient Chinese rhythms meet modern electronic instruments to produce a pleasing melding of the two.
