Late Afternoon walk at La Jolla Shores

Had a nice low tide on my way home from work yesterday, so decided to stop by La Jolla Shores and take a walk. Rock formations being exposed everywhere as the tide dropped, and some interesting patterns set in the sand by the retreating waters.
78 degree (Fahrenheit) afternoon in early March - can't beat that. Photos un-retouched - straight from the camera, as usual.
BTW - for you birders out there, the first little guy enjoying a meal on the exposed low tide rocks is a Spotted Sandpiper (not a common bird, at all), and of course the last species is a Marbled Godwit, a common winter (non-breeding) bird along our coast.
